Our Story

FROM THE HILLS OF TUSCANY TO THE MOUNTAINS OF ZERMATT

Golden Lok is named after a gold-plated Gornergrat railway locomotive* from 1898 which stands centre stage of the restaurant. From this dramatic location, since December 2023, chef & wine producer Leonardo Brunetti and his team from Tuscany create delicious home-cooked Italian food.

From his family estate in Tuscany, chef Leonardo Brunetti learnt the art of Italian cooking and wine production, but he’s as much a host as a cook. The heart-felt ambiance of the restaurant is as important as the cooking at Golden Lok and chef Leonardo Brunetti and his team look forward to hosting you in style.
